This is from the video game Class of Heroes. Her name is Tomoko and she is a dwarf. Requires 4 piece of paper to build and comes with picture instruction.
The game is published by Atlus for PSP. It’s a RPG game released on 2009. Sadly I never had any chance playing it , didn’t even knew this game existed.
